When a candidate has completed a test and a decision has been made on whether to accept/reject their application, feedback can be sent by clicking the accept/reject button in the top left-hand corner. 

Any [email templates](https://help.skillpanel.com/space/TSG/2897641475/How+to+use+the+Custom+Email+Templates+feature) for candidate feedback that you’ve created will then appear which will give you the option to also send the test results to the candidate and add the link to the full PDF report.
