When sending out a test, it is possible to describe a test section and give the candidate a little bit more information about the questions that will follow. 

To do so, click on the section to be edited and then "Add static element"  > " Markdown" 

A text box will then appear and text can be entered (red arrow). This will save automatically. 

To position it on the page, simply drag and drop to the desired place.
