To ensure that candidate reports are accessible to anyone who has a link to them, all you need to do is enable this option in your account settings.

 

**In order to do this, go to your account > Account settings**

 

Here, you can turn the **‘Enable candidate reports for guests’** option on, as shown below:

Once you have done this, there is an additional component of the feature. You can either choose to leave guests the ability to modify the report, which is the **default (Off)**, or **turn the option on**, disabling this ability. This will result in all reports being "read-only" for any guests that access them.

 

 

**You can also customize how much you want to share in a global report.** Whether to show a candidate’s personal data or the details of their answers. You can even choose whether or not to share details relating to specific task types.
