A report gives hiring teams a shareable snapshot of real assessment results without logging into SkillCheck.

### When to Use This

- You need a clean PDF for offline review or executive summary.
- A hiring manager wants to see results without full platform access.
- Compliance requires storing candidate results locally.
- You’re sending a shortlist report to clients or stakeholders.

### Prerequisites

- Recruiter or admin access to **SkillCheck**.
- Candidate results already generated.
- Optional: print or PDF viewer installed.

### Quick Start

1. Open the candidate’s result page → confirm scores are visible.
2. At the top next to the candidate’s name, click **Show Full Report** → a detailed view loads.
3. Choose one of:
  - **Download PDF** → saves locally.
  - **Copy Link** → shares a secure, view-only version.
  - **Print Report** → opens system print dialog for a paper copy.
4. Check the layout preview before printing → prevents clipped charts.

### Detailed Steps

1. **Open Results** from your candidate list.
  - *Why this matters:* ensures the report reflects the latest calibrated scores.
    
2. Click **Show Full Report**.
  - SkillCheck compiles test data, timestamps, and anti-cheat flags.


You can also view a report for a specific invitation by clicking on the invitation on the left panel:

And then clicking on “SHOW TEST REPORT” on the middle, right side of the screen:

### Examples

**Example 1:**  
You shortlist 12 developers. You print each report, mark scores above 75, and hand off to the hiring manager → they review offline, no login required.

**Example 2:**  
A client requests the top 3 designer results. You generate PDFs and send links → the client opens in browser; analytics visible, editing blocked.

**A:** Only if you share the link manually, and allow guests to view via your account settings

**A:** Yes. All assessment start and end times are included.

### Pitfalls & Tradeoffs

- Don’t print directly from browser view without clicking **Show Full Report** — charts may be cut off.
- Large PDFs (>10MB) can fail to email; share the secure link instead.
- Reports reflect the current scoring model; rerun exports after recalibration.
