Use SkillCheck to generate a direct link to a candidate’s test. Perfect when you want to invite someone in person or send a custom message outside the platform.

### When to Use This

- The candidate is completing their test **on-site or in your office**.
- You want to send the invite **via a personal message** instead of SkillCheck’s default email.
- You’re sharing the link through **LinkedIn, Slack, or another channel**.

### Prerequisites

- Inviting candidates access to **SkillCheck**.
- Candidate information (name and email) filled in correctly — required for accurate test assignment.

### Quick Start

- Click **Invite Candidates**.
- Fill in the candidate details (name, email).
- Choose the correct test.
- **Turn off** the toggle **Send Invitation Mail**.
- Click **Invite Candidates** again → this creates the test session without sending an email.
- Open the candidate’s profile and copy the **Test Link**.
- Send the link manually using your preferred message or platform.

### Detailed Steps

#### 1. Create a Manual Invite

- From your dashboard, click **Invite Candidates**.
- Complete the invite form as usual.

#### 2. Disable Automatic Email

- Switch **Send Invitation Mail** to **Off**.
- This stops SkillCheck from sending the standard invite email.

#### 3. Generate the Test

- Click **Invite Candidates**.
- The system generates the unique test session for that candidate.

#### 4. Copy the Test Link

- Open the candidate’s profile.
- Find and copy the **Test Link** displayed there.
- You can now paste it into any channel — custom email, LinkedIn message, or a local testing setup.

#### 5. Send or Open the Link

- Share it directly with the candidate or open it in a browser if they’re testing on-site.
