The Notification Panel enables real-time monitoring of key events and process statuses within an organization. Notifications are an integral part of the system and can be accessed **at the bottom of the menu, marked with a bell icon**.

This allows users to quickly and conveniently track important information related to their activities and decisions made within the company.

### **Benefits for the Organization**

**Improved Communication and Process Transparency**

The Notification Panel provides immediate access to key information for employees, managers, and administrators. This eliminates the need for manual status monitoring in other sections of the application, streamlining the flow of information within the organization.

**Increased Employee Engagement**

Automated reminders and updates help employees manage their tasks, boosting their activity in developmental and organizational processes.

**Reduced Risk of Missing Important Information**

With a centralized notification system, organizations minimize the risk of overlooking critical decisions or process statuses, ensuring smooth operations and improved efficiency.

### **Advanced Notification Features**

**Notification Grouping**

Users can receive summary notifications (e.g., daily or weekly) instead of individual alerts.

**Example**: A user receives one notification about six feedback requests instead of six separate notifications.

**Channel Configuration for Different Notification Types**

Each user can customize how they receive notifications.

**Example**:

- Certification-related notifications – only via in-app notifications.
- Promotion process initiation – via both in-app and email notifications.

**Links in Notifications**

Some notifications can include links to other system sections, such as:

- Employee profile view
- Development goal list panel

Links can be customized, but currently, it is not possible to link to specific elements (e.g., a particular goal or feedback). Only general sections of a feature can be opened.

**Additional actions related to notifications**
For each notification, the following actions can be taken:
