## Detailed steps

### 1. Teams Analysis

Tracks team skill composition, profile alignment, and overall capability coverage.
Why this matters: Managers can see how closely current teams match defined competency expectations.

**Available reports:**

- **Employees:** shows total employee count.
- **Unique Profiles:** number of role or skill profiles defined.
- **Top Teams by Employee Count:** compares team sizes.
- **Most Skilled Teams:** ranks teams by total skill points to highlight where expertise clusters.
- **Most Popular Skills:** shows common competencies across staff, revealing organizational strengths.
- **Current Profile Fit Distribution:** compares employee fit against role requirements using segmented bars.

*Example:* In the Regular Backend Developer position, 7 of 18 employees are fully aligned (76–100%), while 3 are under 25%.

### 2. Onboarding Analysis

Monitors onboarding completion and highlights individuals needing support.

**Reports include:**

- **Onboarding Status in Teams:** categorizes by *Completed*, *In Progress*, or *Pending*.
- **Employees:** lists each person’s onboarding status and alignment score.

*Example:* The DevOps team completed onboarding 100%.

Why this matters: Lets HR see bottlenecks early and quantify onboarding success.

### 3. Organization Skills Overview

Displays how many employees hold each skill and at what mastery level.
Categories: *Below*, *As Required*, *Above*, *Not Set*.

*Example:* For “Jira,” 29 employees meet requirements, 30 are below, and 57 haven’t rated themselves.

Why this matters: Provides a real-time heatmap of capability readiness for each technical or soft skill.

### 4. Supervisor Rating Report

Tracks evaluation completion and rating consistency.

- **By Teams:** shows employee counts, onboarding completion, and evaluation coverage.
- **By Employees:** breaks down core and optional skills, indicating what’s self-rated vs supervisor-rated.

*Example:* In IT, 125 employees exist, 93 completed onboarding, and 3 received supervisor sessions.

Why this matters: Supports compliance with review cycles and prevents uneven manager feedback distribution.

### 5. Skill Gap Analysis

Highlights where skills fall short of required levels.
Includes **Skill Points**, **Core vs Optional Skills**, and gap visualizations.

Why this matters: Quantifies upskilling needs and helps target learning plans accurately.

**Top Teams (by Skill Points)**

The **Top Teams (by Skill Points)** report evaluates teams based on the total skill points accumulated through employee self-assessments. It can be used for the following purposes:

**Identifying High-Performing Teams** – Highlights teams where employees have achieved the highest skill points, indicating the teams with the strongest self-assessed competencies.

**Skill Gap Analysis** – Identifies teams with the largest skill gaps, i.e., the difference between the required and self-reported skill levels.

This report enables managers to effectively pinpoint teams with the greatest potential and identify areas where targeted development efforts are needed to reduce skill gaps.

- **Example:** The Backend team has accumulated a total of 18,370 skill points. To meet the required levels, they need an additional 10,490 skill points. In comparison, the IT team has fewer skill points but also a smaller skill gap.

This section provides an in-depth analysis of the **overall skill gap for a specific position**. You will find information about the size of the total skill gap and how it is distributed across various skill groups.

The pie chart displays skill areas, with darker colors indicating a larger skill gap in that particular area. Hovering over a specific area will show detailed information about the gap, and clicking on it will display sub-areas, groups, and individual skills.

On the right side, you will find data about the overall gap and the average gap per employee. Below, the visualization shows the number of points achieved by employees in core skills compared to the skill gap.
