This plugin enhances the employee experience by allowing them to add detailed information about their competencies directly within the skills management tool. With this feature, employees can specify their **years of experience**, indicate whether they are willing to **share their knowledge** with colleagues, and select if they want to **show the skill on CV **for skills rated by them 50% or more. Each skill entry includes a simple selection window, making it easy for employees to customize how their competencies are presented and shared.

### **If you are an employee**

To add extra data to your skill, go to your **Profile**, then to **Skills tab**, then scroll down to **Additional information about skills** section.

Then click “Manage additional information”.

In that window you can add **years of experience**, information whether you want to **share your knowledge** or if you want to **show this skill on CV**.

Later you will see skills with added information as on the screenshot below:

### **If you are a manager**

To see additional information about employee skills, go to the **People**, then **Employees** section, then choose a specific employee.

In **Employee Profile**, go to the **Skills** tab, then scroll down to **Additional information about skills**. You will see additional information added by an employee.
