Languages are a crucial part of employee competencies, significantly impacting their professional growth. They deserve a dedicated place on employee profile, as they reflect versatility and openness to working in an international environment. These are skills that speak volumes about you as an employee.

On the **Skill map**, each employee can independently assess their language abilities. Once the assessment is submitted, the language skills will be automatically added to the **Languages** section on employee profile.

### **If you are an employee**

Go to your **Skill map**. You will find the languages assigned to your job position there. You can assess them by clicking on **Self-assessment** and choosing your level.

All assessed languages will be automatically transferred to your **Profile** section. You will find them in the **Skills** section under the **Languages tab**.

### **If you are a manager**

To check your employees language skills, simply go to the **People** → **Employees**, and choose a person.

In the **Skills** section of their profile, you will find a complete info about their language skills.
