The “Job position fit & recommendations” section is a functionality that allows employees to see if their skills match the position they are interested in, what skills are required for the position, and what progress has already been made toward acquiring the skills needed for the position. It also allows team managers to select employees and match them to a selected job based on the skills required for each position. This feature is particularly useful for internal employee training and when helping employees choose or develop a career path within the company's structure.

 

To access this feature, go to the "Development path" section and then click on the"**Job position fit & recommendations**"** **tab.

As you can see in the image below, you can select the position you are interested in - the suggested ones closest to yours will be listed under **"Best fit for you"**, followed by **"Easy to achieve"**.

After selecting your desired job from the list, you will be shown a list of "Competency Profile Details" containing all the skills:

- Those you already have at a sufficient level (Skills Achieved)
- Skills to be developed with the required level listed
- Skills that you have not acquired but are required for the position.

Next to each skill, there are two options: **"Rate skill"** (a square with a blue icon) and **"Want to learn”** which gives you access to materials for learning that skill.

In addition to the "Best fit for you" and "Easy to achieve" recommendations, you can also see a list of all the competency profiles available from the company and check your fit for each. There is also a search engine and filters, as below:

An additional way to check recommendations in the development path is "**Skill recommendations**", which will show specific skills that you can easily learn from those you already have:
