The **Employee Promotions** tab allows a manager to track and manage the promotion processes of all their employees.

### **If you are a manager**

After entering the **Employee Promotions** tab, a table will be displayed showing the promotions of all employees in the company, including their promotion statuses. The table contains the following information:

- current job position
- job position they aspire to
- dates of modification and promotion start
- the team the employee belongs to

The **Employee Promotions** table also allows you to filter the displayed promotions by various criteria, providing a more detailed view of the promotion processes.

To view the details of the chosen promotion process, all you have to do is just click the “three dots” button (red arrow) located on the right side of each promotion process and choose the “Show process details” (yellow arrow) option from the actions menu.

After clicking on the “ Show process details” you will be redirected to the promotion process details overview window where you will find information about its current status, requirements, and employee progress in the realization of the promotion targets.

**Note:** When canceling the promotion process, the manager has the option to add a comment. However, the comment will be visible only to the manager.

### **If you are an employee**

If you are an employee and you want to see the details of your promotion process, go into the “My Promotions” tab, choose the promotion process you wish to check, and click on the “three dots” button on the right side of each promotion. Next, click on the “show process details” button from the actions menu. After that, you will be automatically redirected to the window containing details of your promotion process.

If your Manager decides to cancel the promotion process, when you enter the details of your promotion, you will see a message informing you about the cancellation.
