### **If you are an employee**

In the "Certificates" tab of the employee platform, you can easily view, add, and manage your certifications and licenses. You have full control to add new certifications or update existing ones, ensuring your qualifications remain current. This feature simplifies the process of tracking and managing your credentials, giving you the flexibility to keep everything up-to-date in a user-friendly environment

### **Adding a certificate**

Go to the "Profile" tab from the employee account and find the "Certifications" section.

After clicking the "Add new certificate +" button, a pop-up window will appear, where you can fill in the necessary data and add a certificate file. Finally, save the changes with the "Save" button.

### **Editing and deleting certificates**

When you add certificates, they will appear in the "Certifications" section. On the right side, next to each certificate, there is a pen icon used for editing certificates.

### **If you are a manager**

You can view the certificates in two ways.

Once you navigate to the **Employees** section and select a person, you'll have access to that employee's certificates in the same view they see.

Second way is to go to the **Certifications** section. This sections consist of two parts: **Certifications Overview** and **Certifications Dictionary**.

### **Certifications overview**

The tab allows you to view all certificates. It allows you to filter them freely by values such as "Employee", "Certificate", "Issuing Organization", “Team”, “Employee”, or issue/expiration data. In addition to basic information about the certificates, there are two buttons next to each certificate:

“Approve” (optional button, enabled at the request of the organization) - allowing to approve the certificate added by the employee

“Details”** **- allowing you to view the details of the certificate

### **Certifications dictionary management**

This tab allows you to manage individual certificates and groups of certificates.

![image-20251104-092308.png](media://bf61059b-7e64-4022-b80c-f89cca5d19be)

To start, **create a group** of certificates e.g. Java Certification by clicking “Create new group” and optionally describe it. Then, you can add a single certificate to this group. Click "Add new certification" and complete the form. Finally, save the changes you made.

Important: If a certificate is created by an employee, from their account, the platform will automatically add this certificate to the default "Created by employees" group (certificates created by employees).

If you want to **view more details of the certificate**, go to “Certifications”tab and click on the "Details" button. After performing the action, a pop-up window will appear on the right where you can check, for example, which employees have the certificate.

You can also use “Edit” or “Delete” button if needed.

To preview the certificate in a given group, go to the “Group” tab. Then expand the group details (arrow in the upper right corner).

On the right side, you will find buttons to validate the certificate (this is an optional button, enabled at the request of the organization) and preview the details. From here you can also edit and delete a single certificate or an entire group of certificates.
