After the manager approves the promotion process, under the "Promotion process status" category you will find a status bar for the promotion process (red rectangle) which shows what stage the promotion process is currently at, process details (yellow rectangle) such as the required score or career goal, and notes regarding the promotion process (green rectangle).

Below these three indicators, we can find the "process requirements" category, which briefly and concisely describes each of the individual process requirements. Among these requirements, we can distinguish two subcategories:

⦁ Total number of skill points for core skills required for this position (yellow rectangle)

⦁ Minimum number of collected Skill Points required to start the promotion process (red rectangle)

On the right side, you will find a circle with a progress bar (green rectangle) showing how many percent we have reached the minimum number of points collected necessary to start the promotion process. In this case, we have collected 100% of the minimum number of points which means that our manager can accept our process without a doubt.

At the very bottom of the "Promotion Process Status" window, you can find the "employee progress" category, which, as the name suggests, shows us at what stage of the promotion process you are currently in. There we can find the number of passed skill categories (yellow arrow) and the current score expressed in career points (green arrow)

Career points, are nothing more than the points you collect during the promotion process. Once you have earned the appropriate minimum number of career points from each category, your manager can start the promotion process.

### **Skills**

The next category worth paying attention to is the "Skills" category, which contains information on the core skills and additional skills needed for the position you are applying for.

The first subcategory is "Job position skills" or core skills. This is a category of skills that are essential in applying for the position you are interested in. In order for your promotion process to be accepted by a manager, you must collect at least the required minimum number of career points for the indicated core skills. There are two types of indicators that will help you track your progress:

- **Category details** (yellow rectangle): shows the required minimum number of career points for the position you are applying for and the name of that position
- **Employee progress **(green rectangle): shows the number of acquired core skills and your current score

In the lower right corner of this subcategory window, you can find a "progress details" button (red arrow). When you click on this button, a window will appear on the right side of the screen where you can view the "skills to acquire" and your supervisor's rating for each of these skills.

The second subcategory that may interest you is called "Additional skills." This is a category of additional skills, containing complementary skills that your manager has selected for your promotion process. As in the previous subcategory, you can find here two indicators "Required score" and "Employee progress", which help you track your progress in acquiring the additional skills necessary for the promotion process.

### **Task Lists**

The "Task List" category contains the tasks you need to complete before finishing the promotion process. Each subcategory contains two indicators to track your progress. Here you can find two subcategories:

- Trainings: this subcategory refers to the training you need to complete prior to the promotion process.
- Goals: this subcategory refers to the completion of specific goals/tasks assigned to you by your supervisor.

To preview goals and training, simply click on the "process details" button at the bottom right of each subcategory.

When your supervisor approves your promotion process, you will receive an email notification indicating approval.
