Job position fit is a functionality that allows employees to see if their skills match the job position they are interested in, what skills are needed for this position, and what progress has been already made to match this position’s requirements. It also allows team managers to choose employees and match them against the chosen job position based on the skills required for each of them. This feature is especially useful for internal employee training and when assisting employees in choosing/developing a career path within the company structures. 


To access this feature, you have to go into the “My Career” section (red arrow) and simply click on the “Job position fit” tab (yellow arrow).

As you can see, you can choose the job position you are interested in from the list located on the left side of the screen or use the “quick search” bar located above the list and type it yourself. Once you choose the desired job position from the list, you will see a list of skills that are required to fit this position (red arrow) and skills that are already achieved (yellow arrow). If there are skills that you already know but not enough to meet the requirements, you will see a list of them called “skills to acquire” with the required percentage needed for this job position.

When you hover over one of the listed skills, two options will appear: "Start learning" (red arrow), which gives you access to materials for learning that skill, and "Rate your knowledge" (yellow arrow), which allows you to assess your knowledge of the skill.
