This plug-in allows users to indicate a readiness to be a mentor/share knowledge with skills that have been rated 50% or higher. The willingness to teach others can be marked not only during the onboarding process but also while rating their own skills or can be simply marked in the **Skills map** section.

When the user finishes rating their skills, and the system finds that some skills are rated 50% or higher, a pop-up will appear on the user's screen asking if they want to become a mentor/share knowledge. In this window, the user can select any skill (or several skills) that they would like to teach to other employees. Once the desired skills are checked, you can click on the “Continue” button to finish the process.

Even if you didn’t choose any skills to share knowledge after rating your skills, you can always do it in the **Skills Map** section in **SkillPanel**. All you need to do is to choose the desired skill you’ve rated and check the “Yes, I am ready to be a mentor” box (red arrow in the screenshot below) under the Education section (yellow arrow in the screenshot below) in the skill preview window.
