The Instant Feedback section allows users to both give and request feedback within SkillPanel, supporting a culture of continuous development and peer recognition.

At the top of the page, users can see:

- **Received** – The number of feedback entries received from coworkers.
- **Provided** – The number of feedback entries given to others.
- **Top Interactions** – The colleagues with whom the user most frequently exchanges feedback.

Two primary actions are available:

- **Request feedback** – Ask colleagues for input on specific areas of performance or skills.
- **Provide feedback** – Share constructive comments or praise with coworkers.

**Requesting Feedback**

Click **Request feedback** to open a feedback form.

- Feedback **Request Recipient** – Select a coworker from the dropdown list (you can search by name).
- **Note to the Recipient** – Provide context or specify the type of feedback you’re looking for (e.g., collaboration, presentation skills, etc.). Basic text formatting is available (bold, italic, strikethrough).
- **Visibility Settings** – By default, feedback requests are Public, but visibility can be adjusted if needed.
- Once ready, click **Send** to submit the request.

#### **Providing Feedback**

Click **Provide feedback** to send input directly to a coworker. You can:

- Tag colleagues using the **@Coworker(s)** option.
- Optionally, tag a **Skill** relevant to your feedback to connect it with the competency framework.
- Type your feedback message and click **Send**.

At the bottom of the page, users can switch between tabs to view:

- Feedback received
- Feedback provided
- Pending requests
- Sent requests
