The data processing consent is visible as a pop-up in the first step of the employee onboarding process, where the employee can simply accept or reject the consent. However, the employee will not be able to use **SkillPanel **without accepting the agreement. This simple plug-in functionality allows logged-in users who have previously agreed to the terms, to withdraw their consent to data processing from their user profile in **SkillPanel**.   
  
The consent for processing data can be found in a panel of employee profiles (yellow boxes on the screenshot below) with their agreement located at the bottom of the screen. You can view the agreement and revoke your consent for it if needed by clicking on manage consent (zarządzaj zgodą).

**Note:** Please keep in mind that consent to the processing of data is required in order to use the **SkillPanel** app. If the consent is revoked, the user will be logged out of the platform.
