There are **two ways **that allow you to change manager permissions for any user of your choice.   
  
**The first way** is to choose the “**People**”--->"**Employees**” category (yellow arrow) from the panel on the left side of the screen then click on the three dots icon located next to the user's skills on the right, and choose “Edit”.

A pop-up window will appear, in which you have to select (or deselect) the **Manager authority** checkbox (red arrow). Once you are done, just simply click on the “Save” button to save your changes.

**The second way** allows you to change permissions from the point of the user’s profile. Once you are on the user’s profile, just simply click on the “Edit” button (red arrow) located in the top right corner of the screen and follow the steps mentioned in the previous method. Remember to save your changes once you are done.
